Bim Sahdev

As Founder and President of Bima Properties Group, he oversees all construction activities of Bima Built homes. Shortly after receiving a degree in Bachelors of Commerce, he would become part of the Banking industry for 10 years. Later he became involved in residential construction through the creation of numerous joint venture partnerships. His passion for quality, design and craftsmanship over the years is second to none.
In his spare time, Bim enjoys having get togethers at various restaurants/venues with his close family/friends, loves watching crime shows with his wife and going for outings with his grandson.

Sonu Sahdev

Sonu started his journey in construction at a very young age when on various weekends his father would take him along to one of his construction sites to spend the day with him there where he would slowly learn many of the building concepts. He has received a Bachelor degree from the Simon Fraser University in Molecular Biology and a Minor in Kinesiology as well as his Real Estate Licence in 2008. Even though he no longer practices Real Estate today, it helped him better understand what perspective home purchasers were looking for. He oversees all planning, design and development of BIMA built homes.
Outside the office and construction site, Sonu loves to exercise, read about anything to do with Real Estate and spend quality time with his wife and son.
